Tingfeng obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology Science from NKU in 2013 and subsequently served as a research assistant at HKUST, specializing in biochemistry and structural biology training. From 2016 onward, Tingfeng pursued a PhD in Biochemistry at TAMU, focusing his research on bacterial genetics and metabolism. 

Currently as a member of Dr. Huangfu’s lab, Tingfeng’s research has evolved toward the field of stem cells. With a combination of his extensive background in biochemistry and genetics, he is delving into the genetic intricacies of totipotency and aims to illuminate the intricate connections between genetic traits and cellular potency.
