Currently examining T cell immunobiology in long-term survivors of human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and investigating aspects of cancer neoantigens that determine immunogenicity in the hopes of developing novel and effective personalized cancer immunotherapies.

Doctoral projects included examining the B7 family member B7-H4 in the growth of murine mammary carcinoma & anti-tumor T cell responses, and determining the role of MST1 in NK and T cell development and survival.
