Dylan is a Bioinformatics Engineer in Elli Papaemmanouil’s lab. He supports the development and advancement of next-generation sequencing pipelines and bioinformatics tools. He is fascinated by the intersection of big data and genomics and enjoys working in a collaborative environment that bridges the gap between engineering and research. His goal is to create innovative software solutions that advance modern medicine. Dylan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Binghamton University. He started his career designing embedded software systems and has experience developing machine learning applications.
