Research
I characterize mechanisms of immune evasion and immunotherapeutic response and resistance, with the goal of increasing the immunogenicity of tumors and improving the success of immunotherapies. To do this, I develop and apply state-of-the-art computational methods to single-cell genomics data from various cancer contexts.
